- Each additional hour = $100 or $50 per 1/2 hour

- Set up early: $25.00 per hour prior to event
- Travel: $50.00 per hour
- Lodging: $100 per night
- Relocate equipment at event: $50.00
- Parking downtown or valet necessary: $25.00
- Upstairs without elevator: $50.00 per floor
- Overtime: $100.00 per hour, $50.00 per 1/2 hour
